Mentoring establishes a relationship where experience is shared. A mentor imparts their hard-won wisdom and practical knowledge to help develop yours. While every leader needs a mentor to guide them, the mark of a true leader is the willingness to become a mentor for the next generation.

We know that the term "coaching" can mean different things to different people. To ensure we start on the same page, our initial (free) conversation is dedicated to clarity.During this call, we will discuss:
· What professional coaching is and is not.
· Whether my specific methodology is the right approach for your goals.
· If a mentor, trainer, consultant, or therapist might better serve your needs.I accept clients who are fully committed to their own growth and are certain that coaching is the most effective path to achieve their development objectives.

MENTOR COACHING
[What is mentor coaching?]
Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.Mentor Coaching should take place over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored.
You will need mentor coaching if:1. Your coaching certificate is an ACSTH certificate and the course did not include mentor coaching.2. If you are renewing your ACC credential for the first time.3. If you are moving from ACC to PCC.4. If you are moving from PCC to MCC
